Usage
Dab the applicator onto the pressed powder, then lightly press onto the back of the hand to remove excess. Gently press puff onto skin using a pat-and-roll motion. (around the eyes, use Secret Brightening Powder For Under Eyes)
As with all setting powders, apply after any creamy formulas, including cream blush.
