Usage
For sheer to medium coverage (dry): Use the sponge and apply powder foundation to the desired areas of the face, avoiding the eye area.
For a medium to full coverage (wet): Dampen the sponge and apply desired amount. Smooth onto the face, avoiding the eye area.
